As we welcome warmer temperatures and sunny days back, let’s explore the energy of the transitioning season and discover our place in the natural cycles of Mother Earth. Through guided meditation and discussion of the non-human world around us, we’ll learn how to align our energy with our intentions to more easily flow with the frequency of the season. We’ll also talk about Quartz Formations; how to recognize them and utilize them for meditation (with BONUS illustrated handouts!)
